- Only in-stock items in new, unopened packaging can be returned only if we are contacted first and requested within 10 days of receipt. Depending on the situation they may be up to a 20% restocking fee added.
- No returns on electrical parts, clearance (discounted) items or special order items.
- Original and return shipping charges are not refunded. *If you got free shipping, then we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
- There are no cancellations to a special order once it has shipped from the manufacturer.
- No returns on special orders if the part numbers were supplied by the customer and do not fit.
- If the item comes back to us and it is not in new, unopened condition and or is missing pieces, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, you can send us a label to have it shipped back to you or opt to have further fees taken from your refund depending on the condition of the item.
- To request a return: please email us with the reason you are returning it, confirming the parts are new and unused in their original packaging and we will send you a return authorization number.
