1. Do you price match?
Yes, simply send us the link to where you found it cheaper and we will work with you. If pricing in our retail store is different, please let us know and we will honor the best price (excludes shipping and international fees).

3. If I bought a bike from you, do you offer a discount?
Yes, contact us for a special code to use on the website or you can place an order over the phone.
4. What are GPMC Bucks and how do I use them?
This is our loyalty program that you can earn points to redeem for a coupon on a future order. 100 GPMC bucks= $1.
To sign up: Click on the red "rewards" button on the bottom right of the homepage
To redeem: when you have enough points, you will get an email with a redeem link to get the coupon. You can also check your rewards progress by signing in to our website and clicking the red "rewards" button on the bottom right.
5. When will my order ship?
M-F same day shipping when order placed before 11:30a PST*.
*If your item is large it may take 1 extra business day depending on timing.
*If you choose USPS First Class Mail domestic or international, USPS often doesn't update the tracking until it is delivered. Contact us if your order still hasn't been delivered past the ETA that is given for that mail service on USPS.com .
6. How will my order ship if I choose free shipping?
We use USPS Parcel Select if it is a lightweight package and lower value. If high value and a large package we will ship UPS Ground.
7. For international shipping, are there additional customs fees?
Yes, please contact your local customs office to find out how much. We are not responsible for import fees to other countries.

10. Are the parts in stock?
We do our best to write [Out of Stock] or [Backordered] in the title if the item is out of stock. Occasionally, your order may come through after an item has been purchase in store and before we have a chance to update the website. In this case, we will notify you promptly. If you are in a hurry, please call or email us to check stock before ordering.
11. Why aren't there parts for my bike on your website?
We list accessories for the newest bikes and only parts we keep in stock*. Contact us via the info below to get items not on our website ordered.
*Note: Some parts on the website we keep on as special orders* once we stop stocking them, please watch for this in the descriptions.
*Special orders: if you purchase an item that is a special order, the manufacturer may have changed something about the item and we will notify you prior to shipping.
12. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, please select pick-up at checkout and we will contact you when it is ready.
