Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Do you price match?
Yes, simply send us the link to where you found it cheaper and we will work with you. If pricing in our retail store is different, please let us know and we will honor the best price (excludes shipping and international fees).

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Not at this time. We are a small company and many of the products we sell have a limited marginand shipping costs have skyrocketed in the last few years such that it doesn't make sense for us to offer this currently.

3. If I bought a bike from you, do you offer a discount?
Yes, contact us for a special code to use on the website or you can place an order over the phone.

4. What are GPMC Bucks and how do I use them? 
This is our loyalty program that you can earn points to redeem for a coupon on a future order. 100 GPMC bucks= $1. You get 2 GPMC bucks for every $1 you spend.

To sign up: Click on the red "rewards" button on the bottom right of the homepage

To redeem: when you have enough points, you will get an email with a redeem link to get the coupon. You can also check your rewards progress by signing in to our website and clicking the red "rewards" button on the bottom right.

5. When will my order ship? 
Tues-Sat: same day shipping when order placed before 9:00a PST*. 
*If your item is large it may take 2 extra business days depending on timing. *If we are short handed there may be a delay. Contact us if you are in a hurry.

*If you choose USPS First Class Mail domestic or international, USPS often doesn't update the tracking until it is delivered. Contact us if your order still hasn't been delivered past the ETA that is given for that mail service on USPS.com .

6Mexico Customers: Do not use your debit card on our site as it will trip our fraud alert system and since there is no name on your card, we have no way to verify your identity and we will not be able to process your order. Please come in to our San Diego store to pay for your items.

7. For international shipping, are there additional customs fees?
Yes, please contact your local customs office to find out how much. We are not responsible for import fees to other countries.

If you are living in a U.S. territory such as HI, PR, GU etc, please contact us to place an order.

*Some products are too large or hazardous to ship overseas and our website will not allow you to proceed with an order. Please contact us if this happens and if we can ship it safely we will send you a manual shipping quote.

8. What if my package gets lost?
Shipments sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), any postal service, or consolidators: If the claim is for a lost package, the Insured must wait 20 calendar days (for Domestic shipments) or 40 calendar days (for International shipments) before filing a claim.

Contact us if your UPS shipment hasn't arrived 1 day past the delivery date and we can go from there.

9. Why is shipping so expensive?
If shipping seems expensive, please contact us and we will work with you.

11. Are the parts in stock? 
We do our best to write mark the item out of stock, but your order may come through after an item has been purchase in store and before we have a chance to update the website. In this case, we will notify you promptly. If you are in a hurry, please call or email us to check stock before ordering.

12. Why aren't there parts for my bike on your website?
We list accessories for the newest bikes and only parts we keep in stock*. Contact us via the info below to get items not on our website ordered.

14. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, please select pick-up at checkout and we will contact you when it is ready.
In store pickup hours are Tues-Sat 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
