Free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States on all orders over $350!
(Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping and will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Orders given free shipping will be shipped via Ground (UPS or USPS).
We are currently only accepting domestic orders. Please check back soon as we are working on our international order policies.
Our online business days are Tuesday-Saturday; Holidays, Sundays & Mondays are not included in order processing days. Our order processing cut-off time is 12 PM ET. Shipment timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, contact our e-commerce team via email at esales@gpmotorcycles.com before placing an order.

***Shipment carrier (UPS, & USPS) business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays and weekends are not included in package pickup days. Should you require a UPS Overnight shipment requiring Saturday pickup an additional $20.00 fee on top of the shipping cost will apply.***
Most products require a 1-2 business day lead time prior to shipment. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Standard Shipping
Delivery typically in two to seven business days after shipment.
Second Day
Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday. If the order is placed Friday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
Next Day
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would arrive on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday. Should you require a UPS Overnight shipment requiring Saturday pickup an additional $20.00 fee on top of the shipping cost will apply. Please contact our e-commerce team should you require this service.
Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address will be subject to a minimum of a $30.00 fee per package, if accepted. GPMC, Inc. reserves the right to deny a request at any time.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our e-commerce team via email for help returning the order.
Package Refusals
If you choose to refuse your package, GPMC, Inc. will deduct all fees incurred from the refusal. These fees would be deducted from any refund owed, so that once the item is received and processed you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees. We strongly recommend reaching out to our e-commerce team via email if you have an issue or need help setting up a return authorization.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact our e-commerce team for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.
APO
APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.
Hazardous Items
Items designated as hazardous (such as batteries and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.
Tires
Tires are shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States.
Oversize Items
Oversize items are shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. Oversized items include: “ramps, fairings, stands, fenders, exhaust systems, handle bars, rims, seats, luggage racks, certain protection parts, bags/cases, etc.”
Damaged Goods
All packages are automatically insured through ParcelGuard and the price of insurance is automatically added to your shipping total. For more information please click here. If an item arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and/or product and contact our e-commerce team immediately. Do not throw away any packaging. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but our e-commerce team will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability. Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded. GPMC, Inc. Is not responsible for claim denial by the carrier.

International Shipping Policy
CURRENT USPS INTL RESTRICTIONS/CHANGES:
The Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States. Please visit the USPS International Service Alerts page for the most up to date information.
Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Orders shipping to an international destination will ship via USPS or UPS.
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
Tires, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally. These product types include all:
- Batteries
- Bodywork
- Chemicals
- Exhausts
- Oversize luggage
- Stands
- Windshields
All parts and fitment on this site are in reference to United States domestic models. International fitment may vary and is not guaranteed, especially in reference to electrical components.
Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.
Returns / Exchanges
You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges. International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to GPMC, Inc. upon delivery will be rejected.
All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.
Warranty
For warranty claims please contact our e-commerce team via email at esales@gpmotorcycles.com. While GPMC, Inc. will assist you with international warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. You will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.

Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated for your review prior to entering your payment information. Thank you for choosing our online store for your holiday shopping! Please note that our shop is always closed on Sundays, Mondays and the following holidays: July 4, 2025; Thanksgiving (November 27, 2025); Christmas Eve (December 24, 2025); Christmas Day (December 25, 2025); New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2025); and New Year’s Day (January 1, 2026). Order Deadlines for Holiday Delivery:

Standard Shipping: Orders must be placed by June 24, 2025 for delivery by July 4, 2025. For Thanksgiving, orders must be placed by November 14, 2025 (accounting for shop closures). For Christmas Eve, orders must be placed by December 12, 2025. For New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, orders must be placed by December 19, 2025.

Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by June 27, 2025 for July 4, 2025 delivery. For Thanksgiving, orders must be placed by November 18, 2025. For Christmas Eve, orders must be placed by December 18, 2025. For New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, orders must be placed by December 26, 2025.

Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed by July 3, 2025, at 12 PM PST for July 4, 2025 delivery. For Thanksgiving, orders must be placed by November 25, 2025, at 12 PM PST. For Christmas Eve, orders must be placed by December 22, 2025, at 12 PM PST. For New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, orders must be placed by December 29, 2025, at 12 PM PST.
Shipping Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid potential disruptions.
