Refund policy
If you need to return an item, please email esales@gpmotorcycles.com to request a return authorization number (RA#) as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Only in-stock items in new, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL SALES FINAL on electrical parts, chemicals, tires, tools, clearance items, special-order items, airbag systems, and manufacturer discontinued items.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging, paperwork, accessories, and tags. Once your return is received and inspected by GPMC, Inc. (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded. If the item comes back to us and it is not in new, unopened condition and or is missing pieces, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to GPMC, Inc.
For customers in the contiguous 48 U.S. States, GPMC, Inc. provides the option of printing out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for a fee depending on the item size and weight. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages will be subject to a $20 Service Fee.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, let us know in your return request email and then simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. That means you'll claim the inventory and get your new gear faster. If your exchange order qualifies for our free ground shipping offer (details), it will be applied. You are still responsible for return shipping costs on your original order back to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processed. Once all the items have been shipped and received by you, please reach out to our e-commerce team for help returning the order.
Defects
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. GPMC, Inc. will assist customers with their warranty; however, GPMC, Inc. does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
Warranty Returns
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact us for assistance.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and/or product and contact our ecommerce team immediately. Do not throw away any packaging. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but our e-commerce team will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability. Under no circumstances will shipping fees be refunded. GPMC, Inc. Is not responsible for claim denial by the carrier.
International Returns
You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to GPMC, Inc. upon delivery will be rejected.
Returns Process
Please email esales@gpmotorcycles.com to request a return authorization number (RA#) as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Please provide the reasoning behind the return and confirmation that the item(s) are in new, unused condition and will include the original box and/or packaging, paperwork, accessories, and tags. Once approved, we will email you an RA# and return shipping label (if applicable).
Please print the email including your RA# and put it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning to GPMC, Inc. You have 15 days from the day the RA# is issued to return your merchandise. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container, however, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged, and the package will be rejected by our returns department. Returns should be shipped to the following address unless otherwise noted on your return authorization instructions:

Please make sure to retain your return tracking information. GPMC, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. If we do not receive your return, we will refund you once confirmation is received from the carrier that the shipment is officially considered lost. You will receive a confirmation email from GPMC, Inc. when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.
