We sell this o-ring in addition to the paper gasket G01100 by request of a distributor. They found that this o-ring by itself is not always enough to keep oil in the heads.

CA Cycleworks chose these Viton o-rings for the military spec suitability for exposure to high temperatures. Your engine's cylinder heads can operate as high as 380°F -- these o-rings are designed for the task. This ExactFit™ o-ring replaces OEM part number 886.4.060.1A.
